| Keyboard shortcut | Explanation |

| Backspace | To clear the label of a cell in Edit mode. To clear the last character in a message. To do this, the Allow typing in Message box option must be enabled. |
| Ctrl + A | Select all. |
| Ctrl + C | Copy. |
| Ctrl + D | To search for pages that contain a specific label or a certain action in Mouse mode. |
| Ctrl + F | To search for a label or action in Edit mode. |
| Ctrl + F10 | To make it easy to translate a communication grid using the translation option. |
| Ctrl + F11 | To make it easy on a communication grid to replace the symbols from one symbol set, with symbols from another symbol set. |
| Ctrl + F9 | To replace one symbol by another symbol on an extensive communication grid with several pages. |
| Ctrl + G | To navigate to a chosen page. To group symbols in the Bliss Editor. |
| Ctrl + I | The label and the text are captured. When typing, only the symbol of the selected cell is changed. |
| Ctrl + L | The symbol and the text are captured. When typing, only the label of the selected cell is changed. |
| Ctrl + M | The symbol and the label are captured. When typing, only the text of the selected cell is changed. |

| Home | To go to the first page. |
| Insert | Add a new page. |
| Page Down | To go to the next page. |
| Page Up | To go to the previous page. |
| Shift + Ctrl + F8 | To delete the duplicate styles. |
| Shift + Delete | Clear the symbol, label and text of a cell. The cell style is retained. |
| Shift + Insert | Add a new page and create a link to the new page. |
| Shift + Tab | Select the previous cell. |
