Charging the device

The device does not charge via the USB-C port.

The length of time you can use the device without charging, depends for a large part on:
  • the audio volume
  • the time set before the device reverts to sleep mode
  • your Bluetooth/WLAN (Wi-Fi) use
  • your use and the brightness of the screen
  • the accessories connected

If the device is used a lot, it is recommended to recharge the device daily. The device can still be used while charging.

Note: The device may remain connected to the power adapter as it is protected against overcharging. If the power adapter is not connected, the device will also discharge very slowly when not in use.
  1. Check the power status. See Checking the battery status.
  2. Connect the supplied power adapter between the device (13) and the power supply.
    The battery charge indicator (5) will light up and remain amber while charging. As soon as the battery is fully charged, the battery charge indicator changes to green.
