Deactivating the prepare document actions

You can deactivate the functions for preparing a PDF document for reading. In this case you cannot use any of the following buttons Activate ignore tool , Activate order tool , Activate image tool , Activate alternative text tool , Activate language tool  or Draw text box .

  1. Choose File > Document properties.
  2. Select the Prepare document actions not allowed option.
  3. Save the document.
