De/activating add-ons

Various add-ons or plug-ins are available. Each add-on can be activated or deactivated separately. If you have a Jabbla device, then the most suitable add-on is activated by default.

If you want to create pagesets for a user with a Jabbla device on your laptop or PC, then activate the add-on on that Jabbla device.

To use your device's camera for head control of the mouse pointer, you must activate the StarNav Head tracking plug-in. Head control is only available through a paid-for license.

  1. Choose Menu > Settings.
  2. Choose System.
    The Settings tab appears.
  3. Choose the Add-ons tab.
  4. Choose Yes to activate an add-on.
  5. Choose No to deactivate an add-on
  6. Choose OK.
  7. Close Mind Express.
  8. Restart Mind Express to implement the changes.
